To help keep our community safe, secure, and built on a strong foundation of fair play, we provide an anonymous player reporting system.
This system allows players to report suspicious activity, inappropriate behaviour, suspected bots, collusion, or any other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the game. Every report is reviewed by our security team, and where necessary, further investigation will be carried out.
If an investigation confirms that a player or group of players has breached our rules, we will take immediate action. This may include permanently banning the player accounts involved, blocking associated devices, and applying further restrictions to help prevent those players from rejoining the platform.
Game integrity is extremely important to us. We take every report seriously and greatly appreciate the support of our community in helping us maintain a fair, enjoyable, and trustworthy playing environment for everyone.
